MN1 SECTION 1(3 ) Declaration

Applying under section 1(3) .

Do we have to tick all the boxes in Declaration section. The guide says tick all 8.2 to 8.8 but there is 8.9 too.

There's also 8.10. I think that each tick is just your confirmation of the point raised.
