Priority Tier 2-Advice Needed Urgent

Hello,

I and my wife applied for a Tier 2 visa from the Netherlands with priority fees. My wife will work at Cambridge University as a Post-Doc for next 3 years and I will be with her as a dependent. We have been living in the Netherlands for last 4 years, so we assumed that we do not require any TB test. But on the 3rd day after filing the application we both received an email asking to support the documents regarding the TB test. We replied back to that email, by providing our copies of resident permits and work contracts from the Netherlands.

Now my concerns are
- Today been the 5th day after application, we do not have any acknowledgement and efforts to reach UKVI have been in vain, the only answer we received was there has been no decision made so far. Do you think now our priority status will be sidelined?
- Is there any way to contact these guys and speed up the process. Our current visa in the Netherlands expire within next 10 days, and only 5 working days are left.

Hello Guys,

Still no update from UKVI. Anyone has an idea if the documents are asked by the case officer how much would be the delay in case of Tier 2 priority visa. Any pointers would be appreciated
