Visitor visa

My mum applied for a visitor visa from Ghana and still hadn’t had any correspondence from UKVI.
She had her biometric taken on 15th February and even had the EO call me a week after for me to confirm if am expecting anyone and duration of stay mule well as her ties back home.

Want to know if anyone has had this kind of delay lately.

Can anyone advise,still waiting for a decision.called several times all to be told awaiting decision.

Got a letter from my mp which was from UKVI stating that the visa was issued on 2nd March .anyway she got a call to pick up her passport tomorrow.
