Hi,
I was in UK from January 15, 2017 to December 4, 2017 on a tier 5 TW Exchange visa (visa was valid up to Jan 29, 2018). I got my fellowship renewal recently (CoS issued on March 8, 2018) and now I am applying again for tier 5 TW Exchange visa from India to travel to UK in the first week of May (less than six months, I left UK). I was little confused that do I need to go again for TB testing or it may be waived under the following exception rule:
" Who doesn’t need to be tested
You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:
you’re a diplomat accredited to the UK
you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years
you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months"
Please clarify whether I should go for fresh TB testing or not.
