Hi
Hope some one can help me!
Iam (NON EEA) Family member of EEA,we got
Married 10-4-2013 got residence card for five
Years which expires on 11-7-2018.Here are my
Queries
1)how early I can apply EEA PR,from the date of marriage or date on residence card?
2)my wife has been living and working in uk more than 6.5 years Continuously ,but
She given up her job 3 months ago as she has to look after our
Little one(15 months) so is she a qualified
Person to live in U.K. & does my EEA PR application get reject as she is not working now??
