Have you now put aside the maintenance funds ?
I tried to explain how you handle that situation in my previous post. Let me try once again.jara wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2018 5:27 pmThanks for the reply, However, I did not have the maintenance funds for 90 days. what happens if i need to do a fresh application once after the admin review. i wont be having the 90 day statements. how should i proceed in this stage. what should i do the cover up the 90 days.. until i make a fresh application. pls assist.
You need to have a good reason like medical, for example. They tend to send one reminder just in case the first one got lost - but I wouldn’t depend on these.
@Jara Mcnath has answered this question and you keep repeating yourself. Buy time with your AR application, submit probably on the 14th day bu Royal mail but pay the maintenance fund into your account immediately today. The AR application might be decided say in another 30 days plus 13 days is 43. If it is refused you will have 14 days to apply for fresh application so ensure you apply on the 14th days. 14 plus existing 43 will be 57 days. Make payment with draft to buy time, you can also delay biometrics enrolment just to ensure you get your maintenance to 90 days, print the statement and send as additional docs.
