Moving to Uk from poland

Hello,
I am Moroccan living in poland with my polish wife and i have a temporary resident here, me and my wife we want to move to UK but we don't know the procedure.
So my questions are :
1- do we can move together or my wife must be 3 months before i will join here?
2- if she will have to be 3 months before me there do i have to apply for a family permit then go to Uk and ask for resident card or i can just go with my temporary polish resident to Uk after my wife will come back to poland and together then apply directly for a resident card?
I hope i will an answer from someone as soon as possible.
