Hello all,
I'm a Tier 4 student studying a full-time bachelor course and will be finishing my course by June 2018.
I lost my BRP and passport in Belgium in December 2017 and I managed to be back to UK in February 2018 with Replacement BRP visa. I applied for a BRP(RC) and currently waiting for the biometrics letter to come.
The problem is that I need to travel to Netherlands during Easter, and the flight was booked before I know that the BRP(RC) would take so long. I know that some of my friends forgot to bring their BRP and are able to pass through the border, but for my case, which is currently applying for a replacement, will I be able to be back to UK without a BRP and tell the immigration officer I'm currently applying for a BRP(RC)? Or I'll really need to go the visa service center in Netherlands to apply for another replacement BRP visa?
Please kindly advice.
