Tier 4 extension

Post by cjv501 » Fri Mar 23, 2018 10:51 pm

Hi, i need advice on tier 4 extension. I had hmrc issue in my 2013 visa extension. Hmrc paid working tax credit instead of over paid income tax but i paid them back all money on same time and also mentioned hmrc issue in visa form in 2013 and got visa. Again tier 4 visa renewed in 2014 and also mentioned hmrc issue in visa form and received visa. Now i want to know that in tier 4 visa form one question is "have you ever received any public fund?" still i have to mention that "yes" and again give them all proof? Please let me know.
Thanks,

Yes. The question says "ever", not "during your current leave"

Hi,
I am filling my tier 4 visa form but doubt in a question, question is "travel history other then uk and asked "refused a visa for any country other than the UK?", i have confusion about new Zealand student visa which applied in 2009. My immigration advisor in india withdrawn application and he didn't give me any refusal letter and also don't have refusal stamp in passport. What i have to do? Can i say yes or no? Please let me know.

Thanks

Given your ongoing queries about your Tier 4 application, I recommend you get individual advice from the international student advice service at your university.
