Which EU country is fast for EUFAM Visa processing?

Hi,
I am living in Ireland with my EU Spouse (on Stamp 4EUFAM), I am from Pakistan and I have one kid (under 21) with my ex-wife (Pakistani),
My ex-wife is getting married and want me to take care of kids from now on.
I need advise which EU country is fast for EU Family member (kids) visa processing? After reading this forum (many times) I realised in Ireland it will take ages? Me and wife ready to move to any other EU country to bring my kid.

Any chance you could clarify your question and present bit more information?

If you physically move to another EU state with your EU family member, you can immediately start living AND make the application for registration. This can take upto 6 months but during that time you do get to live and work. The amount of time it takes can be from weeks to 6 months but this will depend on many factors (not just the country).

Yes that I understand that I can go live and work there but my question is in which country I can get the visa for my kid fast? we will apply as a self sufficient resources.
What factors can improve the speed? if we have all the documents ready
Like in Ireland, from application to visa is 11-12 months now a days, which country is fast?
And also which country process EU family member visa application fast from Pakistan?

EU law dictates that maximum processing time is 6 months for EU family member visas.
I am not sure ( I have no idea ) if your child who is not related to your EU wife can apply for a EU family member visa. If he is allowed, then fastest option is to get a tourist visa for a family trip. It should be processed within 2 weeks max. You won't need to show paperwork for self sufficiency etc.
Germany and Netherlands are good options for this since they know the EU rules.
