Waiting for BRP for more than 10 months

First of i would like to state i am new here so bare with me.

I live in the UK for 20 years seen i was a pre-schooler, but during my childhood my mother never applied for Citizenship. I don't have a passport nor ever had one
Don't ask me why because i never asked the question and we don't get along, and i am not in contact with her.

Since i was 18 i have had a BRP card and a Limited Leave to remain, never had to appeal anything because all my application has be approved. This time round though i didn't get a BRP card but a Approval letter which also states i will be getting it 10 days but this was back in April 2017. I have even started writing writen letters to the HO.

And now i REALLY need it. I have previously sent ' BRP hasn't arrived online' form and i have called the HO but got no reply. Now my employer has taken me of the job rota till i get it -- Of which i can not blame them.
I explained to them the HO is not a place to make an appoint to get hold of the BRP and i have to wait for it in the posted, or at least been contacted by the HO.


So the long and short is i need to get it in a hurry or soon i will have no savings for rent and bills

'Biometric residence permits (BRPs) ' , then yes i have used. I have used it a couple of times last year.
Now i have even resorted to spamming the HO with that online form

B****** will have to respond now; i'm too patient of person is how i got myself in this mess.

And no i wasn't born here.
