Transferring National Insurance Credits to dependant partner!

Hi,

Can you please share your thoughts about this.

I am on ILR, my wife is a PBS dependant holder she is going for ILR in this August. (She is not working)

I am claiming Child Benefit of my 2 kids, so have National Insurance Credits on my national Insurance record.

Can I transfer these NIC to my wife, does this break the rule No Recourse to Public funds.

In public fund section National Insurance Credits not mentioned.
