Hi guys,
I've just received my biometric appointment letter. I've registered on the VFS Global portal, and paid, selected an appointment. But whenever I try to print my appointment letter - I get "An error occured while processing your request." Have tried on both Chrome and Edge .
I've sent VFS a message about it on their "contact us" page. But there's absolutely no phone numbers provided.
Has anyone encountered this? And if you weren't able to resolve it, do you actually need to bring the appointment letter with you. Appointment is definitely confirmed, and I will have my UKVI biometric letter with me with all the barcodes etc.
This is for the VFS centre in Brisbane.
