I am a citizen of India who has been employed with a MNC in dublin, recently due some issues I got terminated from the company (dismissal) , I have two letters, one which details why I was dismissed (not flattering)
and another letter from HR , which is standard reference letter which states start and end date of my employment. Total time I have on paper is 11 months. I have the questions in regards to this. 1. Will I be still eligible for the 6 months extension on Stamp 1 , my stamp 1 expires in June ? I intend to fill out the Redundancy Form, and the documents which I will submit will be the letter which only states my start and end date, my p45 and original CSWP.
2. On DBEI Critical Skills Work Permit Website - , it states - " ...amended, a new employment permit (for a different employer) cannot be considered if less than 12 months has elapsed since the permit holder first commenced employment in the State pursuant to an employment permit. " Does this mean I will banned from the state ? If I find another employer who is willing to hire me , and they agree to apply for a new CSWP will it be rejected ? What do you think ?
