Dependent Visa for wife and kid, scenario- live in relation followed by Legal Marriage as per Hindu marriage act

Dear Board Members,

I applied ICT tier 2 visa and got it, i am in UK now with BRP

At the time of application, my divorce case (5 years duration) was pending , hence shown first wife's details on the application form.

The very Next day of my visa appointment, High Court granted divorce decree in my favor on the grounds of mental cruelty and separation.

I got married to my live in partner (present wife) within 2-3 days before travelling to UK. We also have a baby girl born out of live in. District Court has approved/legalized my second marriage along with child born out of live in relationship.

I have updated my passport with my present wife's name in UK. My wife got her passport with my name on it and My kid too got her passport in India.

Query:

1. If i apply for dependent visa for my wife and kid will it go through? my own visa application had ex wife's details and children details were not provided for obvious reasons.

2. Do i need to update dependent details with home office before i apply dependent visa

3. I am worried about whole situation. Shall i go ahead with wifes and kids' visa application or shall i quit UK to stay with my family back India .
