EEA REFUSAL

Post by bollyj45 » Tue Mar 27, 2018 1:49 am

Hi,

My family application for PR was refused on the basis that my partner was not exercising treaty rights.

We've been in the UK since 2002 She was 14 years old from France and I am Nigerian age 15, We met in 2005 few month before i got arrested on stop & search basics then was detained for 2 Months before granted bail to sign on every Friday which i complied with.

In march 2007 we had our daughter then applied in 2008 to the HO for EEA living together unmarried couple with supporting evidence like provide of address, child birth cert, etc, i was refused and decided to appeal the decision in the court but was still unfortunate I got refused again that we wasn't married/ not enough evidence.

In 2012 we got married, I applied again with my document including the marriage certificate, payslips etc. I got refused on basics that my partner wasn't working at the company mentioned in the application form but couldn't appeal it due to dispute between myself and the solicitor over his balance plus the appeal charge which i cant afford.

In 2017 we decided my partner should lead the application while i depend on her, with more proves eg N.I tax records in the uk, now she working at a different company but was refused again on basics that she was claiming benefit while she was working at the previous job that they claimed wasn't working previously.
We have decided to appeal this decision again, which will happen in court May 2018 hopefully will result in GOOD NEWS.

PLEASE ANY ADVICE...
