BRP Replacement Visa Eligibility with lost BRP card expired

Hi,

I am in similar situation. My kid's ILR BRP expiring in 8th May, wife(ILR valid) and kid are travelling to India in April and planning to return in 3rd of June. Kid is under 6 and also got recent new Indian passport.

I am in confusion, whether they can stay and return on expired BRP in June, or better to come in beginning of May before expiry. Please suggest..

Any pointers on current processing time for renewal BRP and supporting documents list for kids is highly appreciated.

Hi,

My kid 5yr(ILR holder) is in India for vacation couple of months. Her BRP card has expired and unfortunately lost it.
can we apply for BRP replacement visa(single entry) in India to enter UK ?
After entering UK, can we apply for BRP RC without any issues?

Please advise. Your help is very much appreciated.
