Hello Experts,

I am a British citizen and my wife has PBS dependant visa and has no ILR at the moment.My three daughters are over 18 and have been naturalized recently and waiting for passports. My younger daughter is 14 years old and granted ILR. All they have completed 5 years. My query is related to my younger daughter has still ILR but I did not apply for registration of naturalization.

Can I apply for my 14 years old daughter for registration of naturalization using MN1 application form? One of solicitor firm told me that you can apply for her as she has completed 5 years but I am still confused.

Please do advise me accordingly
