Hi
I am in UK on Tier2 ICT Short term visa from oct 2016 to oct 2017, My husband travelled along with me as a Dependent. My husband was able to find a Job in UK who is ready to sponsor him for his Tier 2General Visa.
Though his company has got sponsorship license they didn't sponsor anyone before and as they are new to this process my husband did documentation on his and went for visa application in Augus 2017. His visa got refused stating that the COS he got is unrestricted COS where he need a restricted COS for Tier 2 General visa application and also few other supporting documents were missing. His employer has asked him to go for another attempt by doing the documentation properly.
As my short term ICT Visa has expired we moved back to India in Oct 2017. Then we engaged a UK solicitor for LMT, Documentation and application process. LMT was conducted for 28 days from 1st sep to 28th Sep and applied for restricted COS in Oct, He got COS allocated in November 1st week from his employer and we got all documents verified by solicitor and went for Visa Application in Nov 2017. This time he got a refusal letter stating that offer letter was given to him Before the end of LMT on 27th Sep and hence the COS is invalid .
We didn't think of another trial/appeal and he got new job in India. After few months in March 2018 his UK employer came back to him asking if he is interested to go for another trial as they were unable to find proper replacement for him. Now we are thinking if we can go for 3rd attempt with same employer, will my previous 2 rejections have an impact on my 3rd attempt for Visa application.
Can someone suggest please.
