Switching from tier 4 to tier 2 under ACCA

Dear All,

I am wondering if it is possible for me to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2 provided that my employer is able and willing to sponsor me tier 2 visa.


My visa history are as follow:
2014 Sept - 2017 October: UK Degree
2017 Sept - 2018 August: ACCA Professional levels

Note*
I have not left UK for more than 90 days consecutively in between these dates
I renewed my first visa on 2017 Sept before it expired.
My degree is from a recognised university in the UK.

If you extended your Tier 4 in the UK then yes you meet the criteria for switching
