Irish fiance and non EU resident from philippines

Hi reading forums here and needed advice with a complicated situation

My fiance is born Irish citizen and we been in a relationship for 3 yrs. We lived together in kuwait where we are met and both working visa.
Now i wil migrate to canada as permanent resident on april 2018. But i got pregnant before living kuwait . As my fiance will work back to Ireland by july he wanted me to be with him and he wants me to deliver our baby in ireland.
He is very well settled and will support the whole process and we will get married after i enter canada to get my permanent resident on april

So plan needed as i am pregnant,

My questions are :

1. What kind of visa is applicable now that im pregnant and still not married to him .
And how long it will take for the process. I know there short visit , and long visit and others and any necesary docunents to prove our relationship is genuine are with us. And he is finacially stable.
2. Does ireland will allow me to give birth as i am not a resident there and i m not a visa exempt.
3. As i am also complying with the canada residency requirement i will be travelling back to canada in certain point .

I hope somebody can give an insight and experience on this . And highly appreciate ur advice .thanks in advance
