Biometric Notification Letter not Recieved

Hi.
I got an email on 27/03/2018 saying that my Biometric Letter should have arrived and I have 15 days to get processed. The problem is that it is now 29.03.2018 and I have recieved no Biometrics letter. I have emailed and called multiple branches of the home office and cannot seem to get an update of when it was sent or confirmation.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? It's stressing me out!
