As you are pre Apr 14 you need 3,120 hours since your extension (with the known rules of max 30 hours per week for FT etc). You did not say when you were extended...

A "European" migrant is OK if you mean EU (EEA too I think)

As your kids are British born and unless you need to travel immediately after ILR a better strategy is wait for your ILR, then immediately apply for citizenship for them. Saves ILR fee.

Make sure your business is running well and application is properly prepared, they are not giving an easy time to T1E's these days

So here is my take on this. T1e is a pain in the mule application, with pitfalls on minutiae (well you passed the extension so you know) and most importantly no premium service. With timelines on t1e taking a long time, go for LR in premium. probably get it faster.

BUT we have some evidence that HO is taking a deeper look at T1Es even when "switching" to other routes (the day you go to premium your visa is still t1e...) and may want to not decide on the spot and research if you were a genuine entrepreneur. So keep following this board, and mostly when you apply LR give at least the basic background to not let CW think you may have not been genuine entrepreneur

I do not know how LR/Premium works but if you can convey "My business is still running, I proudly employ 3 people and am continuing to grow my business" that can help. How you do that is from "sweet talking" to a brief that has the high level evidence (even pictures of your business) again, all of this is informal there is no evidentiary requirement at all. In your case that you are successfully running a business while raising a special child is another positive point.

Thank u very much for your valuable advice.
I got my extension without any interview and I invested more thn £300,000 instead of £200,000.there was 5 worker was working with me but 2 left from last month now only 3 workers working with me now but one part time worker leaving from this month but my old worker joining me again so will it effect on my ILR or I'm hiring another worker so it will be OK please?

Kind Regards

If you go for LR you could technically let all your team go and do nothing in ur business (you cannot get employment elsewhere), you have no obligation of employment for LR. (actually if you are declined ILR, say for character or travel, then you would have to reapply for 2nd extension)
