actually after i got my extension i have one full time worker and two part time but one part time worker is European so will it be ok for me to go for ILR?
and the other question i got two kids they born in england one is down syndrom shes disabled shes 7 yeas old and one boy hes 3 so shall i apply for them for ILR too or shall i just apply for my self and for my husband only?
please reply me asap.
thank you very much.

So here is my take on this. T1e is a pain in the mule application, with pitfalls on minutiae (well you passed the extension so you know) and most importantly no premium service. With timelines on t1e taking a long time, go for LR in premium. probably get it faster.Zkhattak123 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 10:07 pmThank you very much for your quick reply really appreciate tht.
I received my visas last year in march 2017 and in June 2018 my 5 years will b copmplet as T1E but my visa will expire in march 2019 and also my 10 years will b complete in December 2018 too so shall I apply for ILR through T1E or shall I wait till December and go for ILR tht way please.
And my business is running properly alhumdolillah
One worker is with me from 5 years and the other 2 part time working from last year but there is no gap everything up to date.
Thank you very much.
King Regards
If you go for LR you could technically let all your team go and do nothing in ur business (you cannot get employment elsewhere), you have no obligation of employment for LR. (actually if you are declined ILR, say for character or travel, then you would have to reapply for 2nd extension)Zkhattak123 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 11:14 pmThank u very much for your valuable advice.
I got my extension without any interview and I invested more thn £300,000 instead of £200,000.there was 5 worker was working with me but 2 left from last month now only 3 workers working with me now but one part time worker leaving from this month but my old worker joining me again so will it effect on my ILR or I'm hiring another worker so it will be OK please?
Kind Regards
