Can I apply for settlement visa when only working on 6 month contract

My name is Julia and my husband is from Nepal. After over a year I finally found a job but it's only for 6 months. I was wondering if I can apply after the 6 months or do I need permanent work to apply?

When you submit your evidence of 6 months payslip together with the corresponding bank statements, you are required to also provide a letter from your employer on company letterhead confirming the terms of your employment/salary and that the employment is ongoing.
