ILR In-Person 28 Days

Post by mfleming » Fri Mar 30, 2018 9:46 pm

Hello,

Thanks for all the great information on this site! If anyone would be kind enough to help me, I would be very grateful.

I have been in the UK for 9 years, previously on a Tier 4 student visa. I moved to FLR(M) after I married a British Citizen and my first BRP was issued 6 June 2013. I have been on FLR(M) since then - now nearly 5 years.

I think that I can apply 28 days before the 5 year period. Does that apply to in-person applications (the 'Premium' application)? Can I book to apply in person on, say the 11th of May?

Kind regards,
Michael

Yes. The 28 day rule applies to both postal and in-person applications.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
