HSMP extension Transitional arrangements

I am on 1+3 HSMP and require help for Tier1 Transitional arrangement.
I am working full time (35 hours per week) in IT. My extension is due in Aug 2008.
My question is;
1. Can i show Employment + Self-Employment for Tier1 transitional arrangements?
2. What evidence should provide to Home Office for self employment?
3. How should i calculate salary points?

Please some one advice.
