Do you have any children born in the UK after grant of ILR?

yes my daughter born before naturalisation but after ILR. I am going to submit passports for all 3 of us (myself, my husband and the daugther. my elder son got his BC/passport already).

Does it mean I need to hold on to the ILR when applying for her passport? if yes then will I not be in trouble for not sending it back within 5 days time frame?

Thanks

Hello,

I'm in the same situation. My daughter was born after our ILR (Mar 2015) and we received naturalization certificate on 3rd April and as per rule, I sent both mine and wife's ILR BRP to Home office (cut in half). Now when I was filling British passport application I need proof of my ILR at the time of my daughters birth (Jan 2018). What can I do? Please help!!!We received our British passports today.
