Tier 2dependent swtiching

Hi guys
My husband is a doctor and I’m a doctor as well. He is currently in a tier 2 general for 1 year and will be renewing it . I have been given employement and my dependent allows me to work it says work permitted (no mention of restrictions ) so here’s my questions.
1) if he wanted to change trusts and work for another hospital does he have to apply for cos again and does the rlmt rules apply ? Recently there has been some issues with cos .
2) he can’t train for this visa so if he gets a training visa he’ll have to apply again I think if so I apply at the same time ? Does the second cos come with no restrictions ?
3) one of my job interviews is with. Training post . Can one train on a dependent visa ? If not do I have to return to home country to apply for the tier 2 general on my own ?
