Tier 1 dependent visa with no response from UKVI over 4 months

Hello guys,

My Partner posted the T1 PBS dependent extension application on DEC 2017. But there is no acknowledged email or confirmation from UKVI which usually said " We are emailing you to confirm that your recent Home Office application is under consideration'

It already been 4 months without any responses from home office. That makes me quite confused， the dependent visa usually has a decision within 8 weeks.

Does anyone how can I contact the home office and I tried the telephone 0300 123 2241 but I do not sure which option is.

Hi all,
As previous topic has been locked, I can not update the information on that post.
So I post a new one.

I already contacted UKVI several times. They always said my visa is still not yet been completed.
I do not know why it tooks so long. The checklist requires the the application form, passport, old brp,photos and police registration. The documents are not too much to consider such long time. By the way, the main applicants got the ILR this march.

I am so appreciate that anyone can provide a suggestion. Or is there any people got the same situation? So far, I heard two people they has been waited around 10 months.

Do you know in which situation that may cause the caseworker taking a long time on application?

Received an email said Immigration health surcharge: top up payment needed .

I did the transaction and will see what is going to happen.
