I am currently living in South Africa and would like to go to England to study medicine to be even more successful than those who are trained here. However I wonder if my choice is correct because I do not know if it would be possible to easily join the other countries of the European Union now that we speak of Br-exit. Brexit will have no bearing on your proposed plan.
Student Visas are issued under UK Immigration Regulations, not under EU Regulations. As a non-EU visa national you don't acquire the right to EU free movement, therefore won't be able to freely move around the EU (to my knowledge). Regarding work under a student visa others here may comment.
