Does Child Qualify for ILR????

Post by Dea guy » Tue Apr 03, 2018 10:02 pm

Dear Friends,

I asked one question in someone topic. Now i am asking in my new topic.

Actually i am going to apply ILR next year. I have two son. Elder were born in Pakistan and Second here.
I am confuse about Pakistan Born son ILR case. He born in Pakistan and came UK after getting visa. He lived here 4 months then went back home country and came back after 15 months. He is here since last March but he is going back again for one year due to some reasons.
He was out of UK 15 months in his initial leave and now he is going to be again out for one year. Same situation is with wife. She got visa in October 2014 and came here August 2015 then went back for 15 months.
I know i will have to apply two years further extension for wife but my son who lived 15 months out and again now.
What will be his next application when i apply for ILR?
Does he qualify for ILR despite of living about more than 180 days or he will have to apply further two years extension as well with his mother?
Please clarify this point?????

Thanks.

Kind Regards,
......
