URGENT: Mistake on letter visa type

Hi guys
I'm not sure what's going on.
We applied for a settlement visa 5 year route. No problems with documentation. My wife was abroad.

Visa granted but strange discrepancy.
Visa type is D - PARTNER (STANDARD)

The letter she received with passport states

(Non standard 2) - because you satisfy the requirements of paragraph of GEN.3.2. Of Appendix FM.

It means that you are currently on a 10 year route to settlement.... You can switch to 5 year route...

I'm not sure what's going on.
Can someone advise?

I just had exactly the same thing regarding my wife. It seems that paragraph GEN.3.2 applies if she didn't satisfy all the requirements but there would be some kind of hardship if she was refused.

We submitted everything requested, so how can I find out what the problem is?

Just checked my wifes passport it says same thing...
What does this mean.... not sure does it mean they cant apply for ILR till after 10 years?

If it says "Standard" on visa type then you're on 5 year route.

If it's " Standard 1 " or "Standard 2 " then you're on 10 year route.

Letter is confusing, needs to read it with a clear head. I've nearly had a heart attack myself.
