Visa delays feb-march 2018

Hi Guys,
Is anyone waiting for a decision on visa extension using standard postal service applied between feb7 to march31 ?
Sounds like there is a delay in extensions in these time frames..not sure ? I checked the timeline , there is only one application that was approved in these timeframes with standard postal , rest were premium.

It will be 8 week tomorrow ...no contact from them yet...with the easter holidays in between may be it will be more than 8 weeks ...thinking to call customer services on 8th week. Will they be able to tell anything at that point...?
Is anybody else in the same boat ?

Also , is there a time frame when exceptionally complex letter is received ?

I applied in may 10
Biometric given in may 16-2018
Posted documents on may 21 -2018
They received on 23-may -2018

I received letter that , they want further time to decide my application to check thoroughly to decide my application.

I am worried , mine is straight forward .
I am owing 2500 GBP tax and it’s already Hmrc did instalment option .

Do you received any info from Home office ?
