Visa refusal for Tier2 dependant child from india for not submitting a TB Certificate

I am on tier2 general visa. she born in UK and went to india. My baby was in india for last 2 years 10 days. We applied visa for her from india. unfortunately we did not know that we have to attach the TB Certificate. Today visa rejected. What I have to do. What are my next Steps. Please help me. I have to make a new application or take the TB certificate and contact again refusal team. please help me

Put exact wordings what refusal letter says, is it asked you to submit the certificate in time duration?
if not probably, you need to make a fresh application.
