Bus lane and Yellow Box fines for ILR application

Post by asing122 » Wed Apr 04, 2018 11:03 am

Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 (General) visa and am eligible to apply for an ILR this month. In relation to the Criminal history section for fines, I am a bit confused in relation to the fines I have got and I would be glad if someone can help me.

I have had 2 yellow box junction fines (one in 2013 and one in 2015), one bus lane fine in 2013. All these fine were paid within 14 days, there was no involvement of the court.

Do I need to mention these in my ILR application? Has anybody else had this issue and what did you do in that case?

I am writing a cover letter. Should I mention it in that?

Thanks

No as such fines are not criminal convictions
