BRP - error?

Hi All

We were successful in gaining my husbands visa (FLR-M - first application) and we recieved a letter in the croydon office confirming as such, and that the visa was valid for 30 months.

However, the biometric has turned uo a few days later and the expiry date is exactly 12 months on from the date of our appointment at the premium centre when the visa was approved.

We raised an issue via the Gov portal and we have heard nothing back, and its been over two weeks. Any advice?
