Visitor Visa on Tier 2 General

Hi Guys,

I need quick clarifications regarding General Visitor Visas

I am planning to bring visitors to UK on General Visitor Visas. I think there may be a change in my employer meaning change in Tier 2 General visa after the visitors' arrival. I have the following questions please,

1. Do I need to inform UKVI about this change?
2. While applying for visitor visas, do I use www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk or https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa

You are only inviting people, as far as I know, they will do the application themselves. You are not to do the application for them.
Your change of employer does not affect anything. meanwhile, being a Tier 2 holder is not guaranty that your visitors will be issued a visa. They still need to meet all the requirements for visiting visa
