Life in the UK certificate missing

Hello ,

I'm new to this site.

I will be applying for my ILR in person this month but my Life in the UK pass certificate is missing.

However I know that The Home Office received an electronic copy when I passed.

Is there a way to get my pass number for my application or will I need to write the test again.

I hope not.
