Commuinty Resolution

Post by Itworkerspouse » Thu Apr 05, 2018 8:46 pm

Does a community resolution need to be declared under the criminality section of a uk visa application?

My wife got a community resolution for throwing a phone at someone after a heated argument. It was a silly and small incident. We were told it’s not a conviction, but will show up on enhanced dbs checks. S The police officer told her its not something she needs to declare.

My wife and our small child live in the uk. I am British, my son although born in Brazil is also British, my wife however is Brazilian.

My wife is here on a spouse visa, we are preparing to renew/extend the visa for another 2.5 years now.

She has never been in any other sort of trouble with the police.
