Am I eligible for TUPE processing? Tier2 ICT Long Term

Am working for an MNC company and deputed to the UK through Tier-2 ICT in 2016 December. I have valid visa until January 2020. My parent company sold an entity to an US based company.

Am I covered under TUPE processing? Kindly direct me.

As long as your new owners follow the requirements of TUPE and they have a Tier 2 licence or apply for one within 28 days of the TUPE you just move across like everyone else.

In essence if everything is followed as per the guidance it makes no difference, Tier 2 general or ICT it is the same process.
