Please Advise , Application form changed on 6th April

Dear Board Memebers,

I need your advice again regarding application form (Set LR ) changes on 6th April 2018.

I have booked an appointment for 11th April at PEO office for Set (LR). Home office changed the application form on 6th April which shows new fee
2389 but I have already paid 2298 last month when I booked the appointment. Regarding fee my question was already answered.

Now shall I use the new application form at PEO ?

If yes shall I pay New fee as well ( how shall I pay )?
