Set o section 5.6 for domestic worker route

Hello everyone,
I hope this is a simple question.

I am currently on a Domestic Worker in a private household visa ( pre April 2012) and applying for ILR.

Question: Do I need to complete section 5.6?

I dont think so as im not applying through Tier 2....but it says “you must complete all 5 boxes below if you are APPLYING AS A WORK PERMIT HOLDER, a Tier2......”
- does that refer to current status, as i have a work permit? However, when I looked up SOC codes, i get a code 9233 ( domestics) but the link doesn’t even give a salary reference as its considered unskilled!
