BRP expires

Hey there i came to this country on a spousal visa in August 2016. I receive a brp card then, the brp card expires in 2019 ... What is the next thing to do after that brp expires ?
Should I apply for another brp card or should I apply for ILR ?

You will need to provide more details (what is your spouse's UK immigration status, what was your immigration status before 2016, what and where was the initial application made, does your spouse earn at least £18,600, are there any children involved, etc) for a more detailed answer, but most likely, FLR(M) and you will be eligible for ILR in 2021.

thanks simon for ur reaponse .she was born in the England and before 2016 i was living in jamaica application was made in jamaica, yes she earn more than 18k and yes there is a child involve .

You need to extend your spouse VISA in 2019 and are eligible to apply ILR on August 2021, 5 years after your first entry into the UK.

You need to extend your spouse VISA in 2019 and are eligible to apply ILR on August 2021, 5 years after your first entry into the UK.

You can apply 28 days before the 5 year qualifying date.
