Urgent - Advice on Tier 2 General Extension with new SOC CODE , Same Employer, NO RLMT

Hello Guru's,

Please can you advice on my Situation.

I have been in UK since 2015 May on Tier 2 General with SOC Code 2135.

Now i have received my Extension COS from the same Employer with,

1) new SOC code 2136
2) Tier and Category - Tier 2 (General - Extensions - ISC exempt)
3) No RLMT done ( Employer Stated - Exempt as employee is applying for extension and is with same Employer)

My question is about,
1) RLMT not done by the employer for the new soc code in this case can i apply for extension.
2) What should be Salary for SOC 2136 If i apply for ILR in April 2020.

Have you changed your job completely? Sometimes two SOC codes can apply to the same job. If they are different then your application will 100% be refused. Even if the job is the same you might still get refused as the case worker will say you have changed your SOC and you have not done RLMT. Then you will have to go through the admin review process.

Hello Thank you for replying.

Job tittle - same
Job type - soc number changed
roles and responsibilities - last COS responsibilities + few more added

SOC Code is in shortage occupation list.
