Staff hours for T1 Ent settlement

Dear members, I've posted a similar post month ago and it helped me a lot. However, I am just wanna know as an applicant under transitional arrangement can I include employees who worked 4 months then left without replaement and another worked 9 months. Also if yes should I count their whole number of months worked or only 6months?

Yes, you can include them. But I don't understand what the 6 months is about.
