ILR / DEPENDENT

Post by tillu5682 » Sun Apr 08, 2018 10:49 pm

Hi,
I have ILR dependent visa since last almost five years and in a month I will be eligible to apply for a ILR visa.
But recently since my indian passport was expired i have applied for a new one. When applied for a new one i have changed my surname/second name to partners surname.
hence i had to change my biometric card to a new one showing my new surname. i have done this 2 months back.
but my biometric is only showing "valid from to valid until" only for few months.
i dont have a biometric showing last five years of stay.
could you please suggest if this would be any problem because i do not have evidence of of BRP showing my last five years of stay?
Your help will be extremely appreciable.

Regards,
Tillu

No. BRP issue date is not relevant.

it doesn't matter. the HO have all your immigration record. In the application form you will need to fill in your previous name is ok.
