Time in UK short of more than 28 days for ILR

Post by Meay » Sun Apr 08, 2018 10:58 pm

Hi, I received my 1st spouse visa in June 2013 but due to family reasons, only arrived in UK on that visa in April 2014. This visa expired in Mar 2016 so I renewed it and now it's due to expire in October 2018.

Will I qualify to apply for ILR in October? :(

Not until April 2019 due to your delayed arrival in the UK. You will have to apply for another FLR(M) extension to make up the shortfall.
