Hi Everyone,
I have been in Ireland for a over a year now, I exercised my EU treaty right and applied permanent residency for my dependent brothers as soon as I moved here. INIS refused our application within 2 months saying that the dependency in not sufficient enough, as far as i understand the EU directive we are referring to has no limit set for the duration nor sets a % of dependency. I provided money transfer evidence for the last 10 years to my family back home with my applications. I have filed review applications using a lawyer for that decision but its been 8 months since that and we are still waiting to hear from INIS.
Can someone please tell me how long INIS takes to decide on a review application, and also what else can I do to speed this process a little or what other options I have in regards to keeping my family together.
Regards.
