Supplementary Employment

Hi,

I am due to apply for my ILR in a couple of months. I was doing a supplementary job for 1 year during the initial period of my Tier2 Visa. I quit the job like 4 years ago. Do I need to get a letter from the old company when I go for ILR? In the ILR form there is no section about the supplementary employment. Or is it unnecessary to inform the case worker about the supplementary employment.
