which visa to apply for ilr dependent

hi everyone.

I recently got my ILR approved in January and I am planning to apply for a visa to my wife who is still living India. she never came to uk before. so just wondering what category of visa should be applying to come and live with me. and does she need to take any exams like English test or life in uk. Please advise.
